If you change oracle machine host name, the listener can’t run due to error in configuration.
So you need to configure it again manually as:

1. Stop Database Listener and Service
2. Go to installation directory
3. Navigate:

“\app\oracle\product\<oracle version>\server\NETWORK\ADMIN”

4. Edit:“listener.ora”

(DESCRIPTION =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = IPC)(KEY = EXTPROC_FOR_XE))

5. Edit:“tnsnames.ora”

6. Start the Listener and Service again
